Most great things take time. Our beans are slow roasted in our custom made wood fire roaster fuelled by a select blend of renewable speciality hard woods.

Wood Fired Coffee displays a sweet, soft, honey-like flavour ,blended with hints of subtle caramel and nutty roasted tones.

Medium to full body richness, it has memorable finishing flavours of bitter sweet chocolate, and a touch of malt.

A true depth of flavour

Delighted to have discovered this Wood Fired Coffee! It's rich and deep in flavour and I love buying the beans and grinding them fresh.
