Shipping Policy

OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS

Wood Fired Coffee's carrier partner is Australia Post. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address in Australia, excluding NT, remote QLD and remote WA. Australia Post will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.

Most of our customers give instructions to leave the wine in a safe place as this is by far the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no specific delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card indicating that they were unable to deliver your wine. 

OUR DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver wine to all states in Australia. Please note that locations can be added or modified from time to time. Wood Fired Coffee does not currently offer deliveries to international addresses.

OUR DELIVERY CHARGES

Wood Fired Coffee offers FREE Shipping on all orders nationwide on orders over $49.

OUR DELIVERY LEAD-TIMES

We normally despatch orders the same day if they are received before 4pm AEST on a business day. If orders are received after 4pm AEST they will be despatched the following business day. Once collected by our delivery partner, the estimated delivery times are:

METRO AREAS: NSW - 2-3 business days

VIC/ACT/WA/SA - 3-7 business days depedning on location. Please allow up to 3 additional days for country and rural areas.

Once Wood Fired Coffee has dispatched your order you will receive a delivery notification email. This email will contain your consignment number and a link which will enable you to track your delivery.

For Australia Post deliveries the following link will take you to the ‘Track an item’ page of their website: http://auspost.com.au/track/. Simply enter your consignment number and you will get the current status of your order.

If you have misplaced your order confirmation e-mail or require further assistance please email us at hello@woodfiredcoffee.com.au.

If you have placed an order and you have not received it within a 14 days please email us at hello@woodfiredcoffee.com.au and we will seek to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Please note that your order may be sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case each parcel will have a unique tracking number.
